Basic Obedience
You don’t have to leave your dog with us to benefit from professional training.Our Day Train program is a perfect fit for you.
Day Train consists of 3 weekly training sessions. Your dog gets dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening after their training session. After each session you will meet with a trainer and go over what was covered that day.
Our trainer will assign homework and tell you what needs to be practiced before their next session. Once your dog has completed Day Train, they can participate in our Group Classes!
Want to get personal with your dog’s progress? Our private lessons are designed to incorporate the owner into the training experience, allowing you to work side by side with your dog through their training. Private lessons are also great for learning skills and techniques to reinforce at home, allowing your dog to get the most out of their training. You’ll be working side by side with one of our professional trainers while you teach them obedience, socialization, and confidence!

Once your dog has completed one of our individual training programs, they can join us in Group Class!
Group Class is designed to fine tune your dog’s obedience training and keep them engaged. Group Classes are held in public parks around the city and are a great way to continue your dog’s training around distractions. Maybe they will even make some friends along the way!
Mike is a retired marine and has always had a love for dogs.Since his retirement he has worked in numerous animal shelters in order to help save the lives animals in need. He has provided a forever home for several dogs and continues to adopt as often as he can.
Mike has been formally trained at the Highland K9 school. During the extensive 6 month master dog training program he has excelled at basic obedience, puppy training, tracking, trailing, behavior modification, service dog training and drug and bomb detection. Mike has also received extensive training with regard to aggressive behavior and protection. The intensive 960-hour training course includes hands on training, written exams, psychology training, police and military dog training. As well as, certification by K9 Medic in advance K9 first aid.
