However, please note that the following items will not be accepted for donation: open bags of food or treats, comforters and pillows, infant (human) food and formula, and rawhide treats or bones. For cleaning purposes, consider using Clorox Bleach and H/E Laundry Detergent (Liquid) to keep your pet’s bedding fresh. Additionally, Dawn Dish Detergent is great for washing dog bowls and other items. Don’t forget to wear rubber dishwashing gloves to protect your hands during cleanup.
