To ensure safety and fairness for all pets and customers:

• You agree to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about your dog, including vaccinations, behavior history, and health conditions.
• You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines while on our property.
• You are responsible for supervising your dog unless they are checked into a service.

• We make every effort to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all content (online or in-store) is error‑free.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, website downtime, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Participation in training, daycare, boarding, or events is at your own risk. While we prioritize safety, dogs can behave unpredictably, and you acknowledge these inherent risks.
• We are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from:
  
  • Pre‑existing conditions
  • Dog‑to‑dog interactions
  • Failure to disclose behavioral or medical information
  • Items brought from home

• All payments must be completed at the time of purchase or service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel transactions if safety, policy compliance, or payment issues arise.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.

All content created by Anytime Dog Training Boarding Daycare & Store—including logos, branding, photos, training materials, event content, and written information—is protected by copyright. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Alter or adapt our branding without written permission

You may share our publicly posted content (e.g., social media posts) with proper credit.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, customers agree not to:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other customers
• Spread misinformation, defamatory statements, or harmful content about our business
• Use our website or social platforms for spam, promotions, or unlawful activity
• Interfere with operations, staff duties, or the safety of other pets

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the premises or service denial.

We reserve the right to disable or suspend customer accounts or services if:

• Behavior is disruptive or harmful

Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on the situation.

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all retail purchases. Service cancellations (training, boarding, daycare) may be subject to separate cancellation policies, fees, or non‑refundable deposits.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
