Additional Information
Drop-off and pick-up hours for our pet boarding services are between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While we are not open 24 hours a day, we operate on a 24-hour schedule for boarding, ensuring your dog is well taken care of overnight. This means if you pick up your dog at the same time you dropped them off, there’s no additional charge. However, if your pick-up time is later than your drop-off time, a daycare fee may apply.
Please note that we are also closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on major holidays. Although arrivals or departures outside of these designated times are not permitted, all dogs in our care continue to receive full attention, enjoying regular bathroom breaks, playtime, and personalized care—even when our front-facing services are closed. Our kennel is conveniently located on our property, allowing us to provide consistent, attentive care to every dog, especially during overnight dog care.
